Everyone knows that it is impossible to turn back time or change
bad choices that we have made previously, however, by using
meditation for self healing we are all capable of changing
the way we feel about these wrong choices so they stop making
our life gloomy, trouble, and unhappy in the now.
If you are like the rest of us, you carry stuffs from your past
such as memories of pain from a broken heart, hurt feelings from
someone close to you that have lied, cheated and betrayed you.
Today,you might even continue to torture yourself over some
of the mistakes you made in the past, missed opportunities or
wrong choices that you made years ago that are still affecting
your present.
These hurtful things that you have experienced are now in the
past. You must let them go. You can not let them dictate your
life in the present. If you don’t do what is necessary to heal your
past hurts, you will continue being pained in the now because
they will not only rob you of your current life, but even worst
you will continue to attract similar situation in your life.
Remember the power of the Law of Attraction. You attract in
your life what you focus your thoughts and emotions On. By

One practice that I know can help you heal these past hurts is
meditation. Using meditation for self healing
is a smart and wise choice.
Meditation is easy to do and can give you an instant feeling of
peace, relaxation and well being. Meditation can provide you with
inner strength and clarity, and that will make you much happier.
Meditation generally involve you controlling your breath and sensory
awareness, consciously ignoring wandering thoughts and fantasies,
calming and focusing your mind. Meditation can help you see
past hurts and unpleasant past occurrences under a complete new
light. Using meditation for self healing can help
you turn a previous hurtful experience into a learning experience, and
as a result, your new understanding and awareness of these
circumstances that took place in your past will open the door for you
to heal your past and accept them as part of your life experiences.
