You must have heard this old saying, “you are what you eat”.  Now
I’m here to inform you that you are what you think!  There are
many ways of thinking.  There is concentrated thought, where you
work on a problem, actively looking for an answer or
comprehension.  And there is non concentrated thought, which you
do during the day when you are also engaged in other things.  There
is sent thought, where you are thinking aloud and other
people understand you, and there is receptive thought, where you
are actually receiving thoughts sent by another.  Some psychics
are able to tune into this at will.  You do it as well, but don’t
recognize it.

So with all these ways of processing thoughts and virtually
ceaseless thinking happening during your day, you will typically
fall into various patterns of thought.  This happens unconsciously
and changes from time to time. For instance, if you meet
somebody wonderful you might change from a negative pattern
of thought rapidly to a positive pattern of thought.  If on the
contrary you meet somebody awful you might shift from positive
thought patterns into negative thought patterns.

What we are most interested within this article are the receptive
thought patterns.  Our thoughts are what generate our feelings.
Stop for a second and remember the last time you had a dear one
die.  If you concentrate on that for a minute or so, you will
begin to feel sad.  You became sad because of that particular
thought.  Think forward to something you can’t wait to
come about.  This should make you become excited.  You
became excited because of the thought you are currently
focused on.

The Law of Attraction works with Vibrational energy.  In
the world of thoughts, like attracts like.  When you are
sending out a positive, happy energy, similar conditions
and people are drawn to you.  Likewise, when you are
sending a negative, unhappy energy, similar conditions
and people will appear in your life. The energy you release
is emotionally charged, which is far more powerful than
thought alone.

Begin by noticing the negative emotions that you are often
subjected to in your daily life.  What caused them?  What were
you thinking about?  Take a moment and alter your thinking to
attempt to bring your emotions back to positive.  After a few
days of practicing this, note whether positive or negative
emotions appear to be most habitual for you.  If your emotions
are mostly positive, great! Just continue working at bettering
your positive patterns of thought.  If your emotions are mostly
negative, then begin working actively to keep your thoughts more
positive.  If a negative event occur in your day, instead of
reacting negatively.  Step back and look at the big picture.  If
you having difficulty at work remember that work is not your life.
If you are having challenges at home remember that you love your
family and things are improving all the time.

It is so important to develop a positive pattern of thought. You
will never be able to control 100% of your thoughts!  But that
does not matter, because only your dominant thought patterns
actually manifest in your life.  If your basic thought pattern is
positive, your normal emotions will be positive, and these will
be continuously transmitting a strong positive signal to attract
positive conditions in your life.  By altering your pattern of
thought you will change your life.  Literally!  You are what you
think , so if you want a better life, think better thoughts.
