Intuition

Very early in our social and psychological development we have been
encouraged to use common sense, and base our decisions on logic. Very
few of us use our sixth sense or power of intuition to help us make better,
or more informed choices. Our sixth sense, or as we commonly call it,
intuition, is a gift given to us by our creator that helps us to tap into
our inner selves or our inner guidance.

What is intuition?

The Webster’s Universal College Dictionary defines intuition as direct
perception of truth, fact,etc., independent of any reasoning process;
immediate apprehension… A quick insight. The quality of having such
direct perception or quick insight. A simple way of defining intuition is
to consider it as the voice of wisdom within our being that guides us.

All of us at one time or another have tapped into the power of our
intuition or spiritual guidance as some people like to call it. You think
of someone you have not heard from for a long time and you get an
unexpected phone call or letter from that person. One morning on your
way to work you suddenly feel a strong urge to take a different
route to later discover that a deadly car accident took place that morning,
five minutes before the time you usually pass there.

How many times have you ignored your practical intuition or inner warning
about a person, a place, a relationship, a business proposition, a job,
a situation etc. Only to realize later on that if you had listened to your inner
guidance, you could have avoided the problems, unnecessary aggravations,
heartaches, deceptions, bankruptcy, loss, divorce, accidents etc.

My best friend Sarah had been dating Luc for three years. I seldom saw him
because I always avoided going out with Sarah and him together, so I knew
nothing about him besides what Sarah herself told me. Their relationship
seemed to be going well.

One day, I went to another friend’s wedding with Sarah and Luc. Since we
knew only the bride, the three of us, spent the entire evening together. When
I got home that night I had a strange feeling about Luc. Although he was very nice and I totally enjoyed his company, something about him was disturbing me but I just could not put my finger on it.

I avoided Sarah for two days because I knew she was going to ask me what
I thought about Luc. All my university’s female friends knew that my intuition about people was excellent, and as a result they used to consult with me before getting seriously involved with any man they were dating.

Sarah came to my apartment looking for me on the third day. “I know that
you have been avoiding me.” She blurted out. “Please tell me what did you find out about Luc at the wedding.” I replied, “I did not find out anything about him but one thing that I am sure of is that you should not trust him like you have been doing. From now on, when he tells you something check it out.” She knew that I would not tell her anything else so she left it at that.

Two months later, Sarah called me to tell me that Luc told her that he was going to be working late. She remembered what I had told her. So she took her car and she went to his work place. As she was pulling in, she saw him getting in his car and driving out of the parking lot. She decided to follow him to see where he was going. She followed him for 45 minutes to the suburbs. He pulled into a driveway and a woman came out of the house to meet him. The way they began kissing she immediately knew they were lovers and that he was cheating on her.

She left the place without him noticing her. She went back home and called one of Luc’s co-workers she had not seen for months pretending that she was happy that Luc had a new girlfriend. The co-worker told her that he was engaged to her and they were getting married in a couple weeks. The next day she called him and ended the relationship. He wanted to talk to her but she refused to give him any explanation, and she refused to see him again. He never found out why she dumped him.

A real estate agent knocked on my uncle’s door and asked him if he wanted
to sell his house. My uncle had not listed his house for sale nor did he had
a for sale sign on his front lawn. The offer was so good that my uncle called
my aunt at work to consult her. They were planning to sell a year later but
changed their minds and sold the place right away. These are two examples of the power of intuition at work in my life and other people’s life.

Your inner wisdom is your best friend. The power of your intuition will
connect you with all the goodness and the wisdom the universe has to
offer, if you just listen to it. Your practical intuition will always guide you
in the right direction or warn you of imminent danger. This inner compass
will help you make the best decisions for your life if you learn to tap into it.
If for what ever reason, you have been disregarding its guidance, I urge you
to recognize its value and use it to make informed choices that will make your life better. If you continue to ignore your intuition and its warning signs, after a while it will stop trying to help you and you might find yourself in situations that you might regret later on in life.

In my experience, when you combine the power of your intuition with
common sense and logic you make much more informed and wiser choices.
Doing this helps you to avoid regret later on.

Stop Using the Law of Attraction Unconsciously

Have you been trying to figure out how to use the Law of
Attraction to manifest more prosperity, love and success
into your life?

If you did not succeed in using the Law of Attraction
to get the results that you saw in the movie the Secret
don’t give up yet.

First, let us examine the possible reasons why you not getting
the results you want, and after let us uncover how you can use
this powerful force to attract what you do want in every area of
your life.

To begin with you must understand that you are already using the
Law of Attraction. Unfortunately, you are using it in an
unconscious way and as a result you are attracting things that
you don’t really want.

According to Quantum Physics “life energy attracts life energy.”
This is what scientist calls the Principle of Attraction. This
Law or Principle is very real and works the same way in our life.
Since the universe is made up of energy, our thoughts are also
made of energy. When we use strong and emotionally charged
thoughts, our thoughts emit vibrations and these vibrations
attract other similar vibrations that will manifest in physical
form in our outer world.

However not all our thoughts emit strong vibrations. Only the
ones that form our core belief system emit frequencies that
create our reality. To put it another way, you attract into your
life conditions and experiences that are in harmony with your
personal view or perception of things. As an example, you might
believe that only people that go to university are smart or that
the older you get the harder it is to get a good job. Another
example is money is the root of all evil. Or there is not enough to
go around.
Most of the beliefs that are creating your reality are
buried deep in your subconscious mind. Discovering and
transforming these limiting core beliefs is a must if you want to
manifest a more lavish life style. The good news is that you can
change these limiting beliefs, but it will take some work.

1. Learn to quiet your mind
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Focus on your breath
going in and going out. After a while your mind will quiet itself.
In that space you will access your inner wisdom. Ask your higher
self to bring to your awareness these limiting beliefs that are
still sabotaging your life today. This process can easily take 30
to 60 minutes. Turn off your phone and use a quiet place where
you will not be disturbed. You might have to do this exercise a
few times before these limiting beliefs make themselves known to
your conscious mind. Keep pen and paper handy. Write down
every thing that comes to your mind. The more you write the
clearer things will become.

2. Practice Forgiveness
Forgiveness frees you to attract what you want. If you choose not
to forgive and if you hold any resentment, fear or frustration
inside, you can literally block yourself from getting what you
want in life. Forgiveness begins with a willingness to let go and
move on. Forgiveness does not mean you have decided that
what the person did is okay. Forgiveness frees you from the hurt,
resentment, anger and pain of the past and opens your heart to
the joy of living in the present. Forgiveness brings you out of
the “victim position”
and puts you back in charge of your emotions.
See yourself cutting the Vibrational cord that keeps you
entangled to that person in a web of negative energy. You will be
surprised how free you feel.

3. Meditate Daily
Learn to meditate and practice it for at least 20 minutes a day.
With regular meditation exercises you will connect with your
inner beauty and your true self. In meditation you will begin to
understand that you are loved and that you deserve all the good
things the universe has to offer. Meditation will help you access
your subconscious mind and change any limiting beliefs that are
still hiding there.

Don’t let limiting core beliefs, resentment and blame stop you
from living the life you were meant to live. Practice these
three principles as often as possible and watch as the doors of
abundance, love, joy, prosperity and success open in your life.
You will be, at last, be using the Law of Attraction consciously.
The way it was intended for us to be used by our creator.
