The Law of Attraction draws to us whatever we think about, whether
or not we really desire it. We use this natural law everyday,
creating our life events with ours thoughts. We can use the law of
attraction to create health and/or wealth or we can use it to create
adverse situations.
In order to have a fulfilled and exciting life we must first examine
and challenge a lot of the beliefs that we inherited from our
parents, friends, teachers and other external sources, when we
were younger and easily influenced. These opinions and views
imposed on us by others continue to direct our lives to this day.
If we want to open up to the vast infinite potential that is ours,
we need to get rid of these “old programming” and replace
them with our own beliefs.
The best way to change your old programming is to simply
reprogram your mind with new information. You have many
opportunities each day to do so. The first thing I would highly
recommend is that you stop watching the news.
The news is saturated with negativity. When you feed yourself
daily with this negativity, you are lowering your energy and attracting
a great number of unwanted and unpleasant experiences
into your life. The world will not end if you stop reading the
news, so give it a try for a couple weeks.
Nourish your mind with positive information. Watch inspirational
movies; enhance your knowledge by indulging in inspirational
and positive books, talk to successful people. Read some positive
fiction preferably fantasy which stimulates your imagination and
your creativity. Simply by changing your information intake from
negative to fun, uplifting and positive, you begin to reprogram
the information usually absorbed by your mind.
Do this for a couple of weeks and you will notice positive
changes happening in your every day life. You will feel more
peaceful, more contented, and far less stressed. Even if something
negative happens at work, you will find yourself more focused and
able to deal with the situation rather than becoming overwhelmed
with stress. If you continue to monitor what you allow into your mind,
you will find a durable, positive shift in your life.
You can’t change the world itself, but you can certainly change
the world you live in, Your World. By reprogramming your thoughts
with thoughts of enthusiasm, hope, happiness and infinite possibility
you will begin to deprogram your limited, unhappy way of thinking.
Spend less time with people with a negative view on life because
they will sap your energy and bring you down. These steps will
change the world you live in a whole new way, and the Law of
Attraction will stop bringing to you what you don’t want “accidentally”.
Instead it will bring to you all the good things your mind has been
dwelling on.
