After viewing the creators of the Secret on the Oprah show,
many people were so excited to learn that manifesting abundance
in their life was something anyone could do, that they acquired
the movie “the Secret”, with great expectation, to learn more
about the Law of Attraction.

Sadly, the excitement was short lived. Most people
that looked at The Secret and tried to apply what they
had learned from it, became aware that attracting money
is not as simple as The Secret made it sound.

So what is the problem?

As a matter of fact, the biggest problem, with attracting
money, or anything else, is the belief system of the
individual trying to manifest it. To begin with, people who
don’t have money repelled it by their constant focus on the
lack of it and the negative self-talk and feelings that goes with
it. If a person spends their day stressing about how they going
to pay their bills, this is what that person is most likely
thinking: “where am I going to find the money to pay my
bills?”, “I will never make enough money to go on a
holiday”? “I hate my job, I’m not paid enough”. All that
negative mental energy will cancel out any attempt to
attract money. Because that person’s focus is fixated on
their lack and their need and not on the abundance that they
really desire for their lives. Therefore Instead of
attracting money and wealth, that person will find his or
herself in more debt with their needs and desires never
fulfilled. Remember, what we focus on manifests in our
lives.

So what is the solution to this dilemma?

Instead of trying to manifest money, try to manifest
something else. Begin by attempting to manifest something
simple, like an invitation for dinner from your best friend.
Be as specific as you possibly can. Create the scenario in
your mind. For example, you hear the phone ring, you pick up
the phone, your best friend is on the line, and he or she
invites you to your favorite restaurant for dinner on
Saturday evening. Feel the excitement in your mind, in your
body, see in your mind eyes what you are going to wear, see
yourself arriving at the restaurant…

You get the idea.

You can even create a small poster out of Bristol Board with
pictures of you and your friend standing in front of the
exact restaurant you desire to eat at. Do what ever is
necessary to help you feel the excitement of going to dinner
at that restaurant. Spend every day upon waking up and
before going to bed for at least five minutes looking at
your poster and visualizing your dinner with your friend,
until it becomes a reality.

Once your manifestation comes to past its just a matter of
repeat and rinse. Do this three or four more times. Your
confidence will increase and your ability to manifest what
you want will become second nature. As you succeed more and
more, your belief in your own power to manifest will
increase tenfold and your manifestations will happen faster
and more frequently.

When you feel ready to try manifesting money, start with a
small amounts that are believable to your own mind. You
could start with fifty dollars, after increase it to one
hundred dollars, it does not matter the amount you choose,
what matters is that you can believe yourself being able to
attract this amount of money. Keep a positive and carefree
attitude. Be patient and do not place your focus on the
result. If you truly have belief you will already KNOW the
result. Which is that even though you don’t physically see
the money yet, it wont be long before what you desire
manifests itself in your life.
