Meditation

The majority of your problems and lack of joy are caused by
stressful situations. By stressful situations,
I speak of feelings of concern, apprehension, anguish, malaise or
presentiment that you create with your mind concerning past,
present or future happening. To control your thoughts and
feeling you should consider using meditation on a daily basis.
You need to constantly remind yourself that situations, either
bad or beneficial, have no power over you. You give power to
these situations by the way you respond to them. Meditation
will assist you in relaxing your mind and getting a hold on
these stressful thoughts that are robbing you from your health
and happiness.

Laws Of Attraction

Since the movie “The Secret” came out, a phenomenal
number of people have tried to manifest all kinds of
things using the Law of Attraction, and particularly
large sums of money. Some people where successful
but the majority were very disappointed claiming that
the movie was very deceptive and that the results provided
by the participants in the movie were completely fictitious.

When I talked to my friends and acquaintances about
the Law of Attraction, I got the same negative reaction
and they made similar comments. They were quick to
dismiss the Law of Attraction as a lie or a marketing
scheme, because they had tried “The Law” to manifest a
large amount of money and they did not have the
success or results that they hoped for.

Often, when people don’t get the success with the
Law of Attraction that they expected, it’s because
they don’t really know what they want from the
Law of Attraction. For instance, do you really want
money, or do you want the peace of mind that comes
from financial freedom? Do you want the money or
the luxury sport’s car, the house by the beach, the
trip around the world, The life style of the rich
and famous? By discovering what you really want
from the Law of Attraction will allow you to
succeed in manifesting what you truly desire.

The Law of Attraction stipulates that when you focus
your energy on something, you will manifest it into
your reality. The speed, with which this happens,
depends totally on the amount of energy that you
direct towards your desire. For example, when you
focus your energy on money and confuse it with your
true desire(s), you can not truly build strong emotional
excitement and attract successfully what you really
want.

Instead, you need to look more seriously into what
you are aspiring to attract, and focus on what you
really want.
This way you produce far more
emotional energy and the Law of Attraction tends
to work easier and more quickly for you.

Rather than imagining a bank account full of
cash, imagine relaxing on a beach somewhere
in the Caribbean. Having a long and carefree
vacation. Imagine having friends over for dinner
in your dream home or spending more time with
your family. Or visualize yourself driving down the
highway in your brand new Porsche.
Whatever your real desire is, focus on that!

By changing your intention from manifesting
just money to manifesting what you truly want,
you counteract the obstacle(s) that was in the way
of you truly achieving success by utilizing the Law
of Attraction.

If you were to ask your neighbor,
“What would give you peace of mind?” he might tell you,
“A vacation in Bermuda !” or
“An extra hundred grand would give me peace!”, or
“A new Ferrari would make me content!”

But going places – and getting stuff – is usually a
temporary solution …
Peace of mind rarely comes from getting more stuff.
Getting more stuff usually leads to wanting even more
stuff!
Peace of mind starts with being grateful for what we
have right now.

GRATITUDE is POWER

When we are thankful for what we have - for the friends
we have, and for the things we’ve got,
we attract more
good people and good things!
People who always complain about what they DON’T
HAVE, stay stuck.
Complainers attract more things
to complain about!
It is a law of life. It’s hard to explain, but you can
observe it around you. We get more of what we dwell
upon.

That’s why all the spiritual masters have taught the
same lesson …
“Start by being thankful. Be happy with what
you have now,
and more will come your way.”

It’s practical advice.
