Visualizations are mental pictures that you create in your mind
that gives you a clearer picture of what you are contemplating.
By developing mental pictures in your mind, you become closer to
your heart’s desires. Mental pictures can also influence your
thinking and behavior and move you closer to your goals. Through
visualization, you can mentally go anywhere and experience what
ever you want.

What is Affirmation And How Do You Benefit From It?

Affirmations are statements that you can make that give inner
reinforcement to your visualizations. Affirmations are the
techniques you use to attest what you want from life.
Affirmations boost your confidence so that you can hold steady
while working towards achieving a specific goal or desire.

How Meditation Works With Visualization and Affirmation?

Meditation can help you to focus your mind and help you visualize
your self in a location of your choice in time and space.
Meditation encourages relaxation. Relaxation relaxes your body
and calms your mind, thus helping you to hear the guidance of
your inner self, it also helps you to be more focused and helps
you form positive mental pictures that will attract what you are
visualizing and affirming much faster.

Like the rest of us, you surely encounter challenges and
debilitating stress situations every day. People from all walk of
life are dying daily of heart attacks and other diseases caused
by overwhelming stress.

Visualization, affirmations and meditations are some of the tools
nowadays, people are using to improve their abilities to reduce

Deep Breathing

Breath is the basic building block of life in the physical
plane. Breath is sometimes used as a metaphor for life
itself. Your breath is very powerful, it is your connection
between your nonphysical self and your physical self.

You can use your Breathing to increase your vitality,
improve your ability to concentrate, and to control
your emotions. Breathing also will help you to reduce
stress and anxiety, quiet your mind, relax and strengthen
your immune system. Your breath can also be used as a
powerful tool in meditation to release past trauma,
fears, buried memories and improve both your inner and
outer reality.

However, breath meditation to be beneficial must be deep,
not shallow. Observe a new born baby or a pet such as a dog
or a cat breathing. You will notice that when babies and
animals breathe, their stomachs rise and fall. This is
called deep breathing or Diaphragmatic breathing. Deep
breathing allows the body to take in more oxygen and
release more carbon dioxide. Deep breathing, carries many
health benefits: It will purify your blood, lower your blood
pressure, slow your heart rate, clear your mind, and relax
your muscles.

A simple Breath meditation

1. Sit or lie comfortably, with loose clothing.
2. Put one hand on your chest and one on your stomach.
While breathing deeply, focus intently on the breath as
it comes in and out.
3. Slowly inhale deeply through your nose.
4. As you inhale, feel your stomach expand with your
hand rising.
5. Slowly exhale through your mouth. Contract your
stomach muscles to expel the maximum of carbon dioxide.
6. Continue this breath meditation for twenty minutes.

When you use this simple breath meditation daily, you will
feel more relaxed, you will have better control of your
mind and emotions, you will feel happier and you also will
greatly improve your mental and physical health.

Life is simply made up of choices. You either choose to be
happy or choose to be sad. You choose to be angry or you
choose to be calm.

You can make the choice this day; right now this very minute
to move forward in a life of freedom, health, and
prosperity.

You would not get too far driving a car with the emergency
brake on. The same applies to goals or dreams. If you try to
go through life holding yourself back with the “brakes on”,
allowing doubt, fear and negative self talk to be the
barrier that holds you back from becoming what you were
meant to be. You too will take your potential to the grave.

I say that because very few people ever live up to their
true potential. In fact the place that has the most
potential in the world may shock you. It’s the cemetery.
That’s right you heard me. The Cemetery. Most people die and
never achieve their potential and thus it dies with them

Today make the choice to move forward with your goals, your
dreams, and your aspirations. Release yourself from any
beliefs you may have about poverty or failure that might be
adversely affecting your thoughts, words, and actions.

Speak the following words orally, not just in your mind. Say
them. Affirm them. Make a sticky note and place them where
you can see them when you are brushing your teeth. This
exercise will help you to begin the renewal of your mind.
Your thought processes.

It is my desire to improve my health, I let go of any doubt
that I can be completely healthy. Wholeness is my divine
heritage. It is my desire to improve my finances. I let go
of any doubt that I can be financially secure. Prosperity Is
my divine inheritance. Rather than striving for results, I
allow The Divine Creator to transform my understanding and
my thoughts, so that I move forward into a life of freedom,
health, and prosperity. As I release all forms of self doubt
and negative self talk, I make room for my real potential to
be revealed and thus I am able to fully appreciate and
experience life the way it was meant to be.
